How to design your perfect morning
A few weeks ago I was invited by Tempur to their event in Shoreditch. The theme was “Design your perfect morning”. I am not a morning person. In fact, I prefer staying up at night to finish working than waking up early! But I have my idea of what a perfect morning is like.
The weekend morning is always the best because you can take time for yourself without being in a rush. You can read a magazine, have a lovely brunch and chat without any problem. But there are some things I like doing every morning to start better my day.
I usually wake up, check the news, see what’s new on my Instagram feed and have an excellent breakfast. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. I always have some fruits, a soya yoghurt and coffee. It is the meal that gives you energy for the rest of the day, so never skip it! After eating, I have my beauty routine; that is the part of the morning that relaxes me. After these steps, I start getting ready. I think waking up a little bit early to take your time, it makes you feel better and gives you the energy to start your day.

The Tempur team know well how to start your day. In fact, they created the perfect morning event. I was invited to a yoga session and a healthy breakfast.
I had thirty minutes yoga that helped me relax and then I could enjoy a delicious meal while learning more about Tempur.
