Yes, you can wear red and pink together!
Red and pink were one of this combination considered a “don’t” in fashion. But the last season runways saw the colour pairing in Gucci, Balenciaga, Céline and Valentino. This combination was also a massive trend in the street style in the previous fashion week. Furthermore, this trend will be huge even next spring!
In fact, now is all about the colour block. I love colours, and I have always loved wearing unusual colour combinations, so I am pleased about it!
I also have to admit that, almost all the Autumn – Winter 2017 – 18 trends were already in my wardrobe because there are styles that I love wearing, so I am feeling very inspired in putting together my outfits these months!
How I styled red and pink
You have seen me wearing a lot of red in my Instagram outfit. Red looks amazing with various shades of pink. This is why I decided to match my Kryptik Rose “KRose” tee with one of my favourite red skirt. I added an even brighter touch with the blazer, and I used the same colours palette in the accessories.
This t-shirt is very versatile. I am sure I’ll be wearing it also in winter with a pink or red jumper! In fact, you can create the same look using winter clothes!
And, If you are not ready to wear a whole red and pink outfit, start with small accessories. For example, wear a pink statement necklace on a red top (or vice-versa)!
