How to choose an outfit for Fashion Week on a budget
1. You do not need a lot of money to be stylish
I have always been convinced that you do not need a lot of money to be stylish. In fact, it is entirely possible to create a great outfit on a budget. So, when George asked me to put together a London Fashion Week outfit for £50, I loved the idea! It was a good challenge, and I really enjoyed it.
When I took a look at George website, I found an interesting collection. A lot of styles for different tastes at an incredible price. After seeing all the sections, I have chosen a Check Print Collared Dress that it is a classic, but it will also be trendy next season.
2. Pick a trend of the season
The fashion crowd, at London Fashion Week, is always fashion forward. You will see a lot of trends on their outfit. All the looks are so inspiring; they can give you new ideas on how to take every trend to the next level!
So, If you are looking for a trend piece to insert in your outfit for Fashion Week on a budget, George offers different possibilities and it is always ahead of the latest trends.
In fact, Tartan and checked come back into this season trends and are ready to be mixed and matched with other fabrics to create a modern British look.
3. Accessories are the key
Every good outfit cannot forget the importance of accessories. They can make the look.
Actually, to create some contrast I matched the dress, I had chosen, with a fun Perfume Bottle Shaped Bag, an ideal accessory for the fashion week!
As London weather can get cold, it is better to have a Tassel Trim Wrap to use as a stylish cape.
And I could even insert in the budget a pair of lovely shoes, the ones that you can then match with everything!
4. Always be yourself
As you can see, you can totally create an entire outfit for Fashion Week on a budget with George. But fashion is also the expression of yourself through your style.
Fashion is fun. It is nice playing with trends and different styles. So, be yourself, choose what makes you comfortable and adapt trends to your style.
