London Guided Tours: Street Art Essentials

Discover the best London Street Art through the London Top Guided Tours App, PlanetPass

Last week I had the opportunity to take one of the private guided London tours offered by PlanetPass. I chose the Street Art Essentials route, which it is just one of the numerous instant London guided tours available on the app. In fact, on PlanetPass you can find a big selection of London handpicked tours that are available at the last moment.

The app has a variety of itineraries, for all the different needs. If you are a foodie lover, a Harry Potter fan or a movie-addict, you will find the private walking tours for you. The first thing I noticed about PlanetPass was the huge and various offer that they have.

London Guided Tours: How PlanetPass works

The app is really easy to use. You can download PlanetPass from the App Store, choose your tour and book it instantly. The good aspect is that you do not have to plan it before starting your journey, but you can decide on the same day. In this way, if you need to change your plans during your trip, there is no need to worry.

Once you have booked your instant guided tour of London, you will receive, in only a few minutes, your confirmation with the name of your private guide and her/his details. You will also have an ID picture and a telephone number. In the confirmation mail and the app, you will see the meeting point and the other information you may need. All you have to do is be at your meeting point where a professional guide with a visible PlanetPass bag will be waiting for you. So, now you can start your London top guided tour.

When you book your tour, you can indicate the size of your group (from one to six). The total price is fixed for the tour. It does not depend on the size of your group, so it is an advantage if you are a family or a small group of friends.

You can also choose the time you prefer, and you will have a 24/7 customer support in case you need any assistance.

Private London Tours: my PlanetPass Street Art Essentials experience

London is an amazing city, and it is full of places to discover. I have been living here for more than two years and, before moving, I visited London many times. Even so, there is still some part of the city that I haven’t visited yet! Besides, having a professional guide that walks you around the capital and explains to you all the story and the magic behind the city, it is an experience on another level. You can have the possibility to know London more. If you are visiting the city or if you are here for a time, you will enjoy this luxury experience.

In fact, I loved the Street Art Essential tour! I met my guide, Hazel, at Liverpool Street Underground Station. From there, we started a 2.5 hour guided tour.

Hazel explained to me about the street art scene. She also talked about the discussion between what is art and what is street art. I found all the topics very inspiring. We explored some of the most creative London streets that are just a few miles away from the City and the world’s most powerful financial centre. The contrast is pretty impressive.

The Street Art Essentials tour touched many key street art locations, and I had the possibility to admire some great pieces from Otto Schade to Banksy. Hazel was professional, and she had a great knowledge of art. She was passionate about the topics, and I had a great time. My favourite part was Brick Lane that is full of great street art!
