London Christmas Lights Tour by PlanetPass
The Christmas lights and decorations in London are known to be one of the best in the world. In fact, at this time of the year the British capital is full of sparkle and wonderful window stores. If you come to visit, It is an experience you cannot miss.
I love the Christmas atmosphere so, a few days ago, I went on a London Christmas Lights Tour with PlanetPass.
I had already introduced you to PlanetPass when I had their street art essentials tour. PlanetPass offers various tours around London that you can book from their app. It is very easy to use. You have the advantage to find a tour in one hour, and you will have a local expert guide to walk with you around London. All the guides are professionals, and they have a deep knowledge of the city.
London Christmas Lights Tour
Last Tuesday I met Eileen, a very nice professional guide. Even if I have been living in London for three years, she shared with me a lot of details about the architecture and history of the city that I did not know. London is full of treasures. You’ll never finish learning!
The London Christmas Lights Tour starts at Manchester Square and finishes at Carnaby Street.
The tour goes through the marvellous snowball-like decorations of Oxford Street (there are 1778 this year!) and the dreamy luxury window stores of New Bond Street and Old Bond Street.
The Piccadilly Arcade, with its high-class shops, is also not to miss during the Christmas time.
Take a look at my pictures below to discover more about this walk.
You can also find all the details on the PlanetPass website.
* The London Christmas Lights Tour was offered to me in return for an honest and unbiased opinion.
